Join our popular weekly live-streamed and highly interactive Writing for Wellness sessions every Thursday from 19:00 to 21:00 (CET) to explore the healing and restorative powers of Mindfulness and Writing.

In today's fast-paced world, many of us are experiencing increased stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and much more due to our turbulent minds that keep jumping to conclusions, rushing to judgments, and preventing us from seeing events and people as they indeed are. The relentless overworking of our minds is one of the leading sources of various psychological, emotional, and physical illnesses.

The weekly Writing for Wellness sessions provide a safe and supportive space to calm your mind and deeply relax your body through various mindfulness and writing techniques. These techniques will not only help you ease your feelings of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, but they will also help you dive deep within and uncover and release repressed negative thoughts, emotions, and toxic energetic imprints, helping you heal past pain and trauma and resolve and gain closure of any unfinished emotional business.

Every session is unique and designed to address challenges and obstacles that keep you awake at night. Under my expert guidance and within an intimate and interactive group of like-minded people, you'll discover practical and highly effective simple exercises to help you course-correct your life path and start experiencing high-vibration feelings such as deep joy, peace, and purpose.

After each session, you'll leave feeling relaxed, revitalized, with a renewed sense of energy, and equipped to respond to life's challenges as natural occurrences that will pass.

No prior writing or meditation experience is required to benefit from these highly interactive, uplifting, supportive, and non-judgmental sessions. All you need is a willingness to dive deep inward and remove your mask to reveal your authentic self.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Each session is limited to ten participants, so I recommend making reservations early to secure your spot(s) in these weekly two-hour immersive experiences.

  • Participants are required to keep their cameras on at all times. This policy fosters community and connection, ensuring everyone fully engages in the session. It also allows me to monitor your reactions and provide immediate support. Turning off cameras is not permitted.

  • There will be group and one-on-one interactions, discussions, and opportunities to share stories, reflections, and experiences.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the session.

  • To establish a tranquil and undisturbed meditative environment, find a quiet and cozy space where you can fully stretch out on your back. And have comfortable cushions, blankets, a journal, and a pen within easy reach.

  • Please join the meeting at least 10 minutes before we start to ensure a smooth session without disruptions. Note that the meeting will be locked 2 minutes before the scheduled start time, prohibiting further attendees from joining.

  • Your writing exercises remain private unless you want to share them with the group. However, your reflections on the impact of the writing process are shared to encourage open and honest discussions.

Each session costs €35, while the 4-session package costs €120

Refund Policy: Please be advised that I don’t offer refunds for canceled sessions. This policy ensures the sustainability of my small-group-size programs. However, if you cancel a session, you won't get your money back, but you can use it to book another session at your convenience. Please get in touch with me to arrange this.
