Tuesday Morning Meditation & Journaling Sessions

Live-Streamed and Interactive//Tuesdays, from 8:00-9:15 AM Central European Time (CET)

Start your Tuesdays with a meaningful 75-minute routine that sets the tone for fresh beginnings. These weekly sessions are limited to 10 participants per session, so please reserve your spot(spots) as early as possible to avoid missing out on these intimate, interactive, and inspirational group classes.

Our Tuesday morning sessions begin with gentle breathing exercises, which create a serene state and prepare you for a profound meditation experience. These exercises will leave you feeling relaxed and mentally prepared for the day ahead. 

Following the meditation, you’ll be encouraged to let your thoughts flow freely in expressive, reflective journaling. This free form of writing is a deeply liberating experience, allowing you to express your thoughts and feelings without doubt or fear of judgment, inspired by the day’s theme.

 By committing to this weekly routine, you’re not just blending the restorative practices of Meditation and Writing. You’re also setting weekly intentions, gaining clarity on experiences that may worry you, and letting your intuition guide you into enhancing motivation and productivity. This weekly class will leave you feeling inspired and ready to live each day purposefully.

Through these weekly classes hosted live-stream via Zoom, you’ll receive a versatile option for consistent group meditation practice, reflective journaling, and group discussions, ensuring a comprehensive and regular mindful routine. 

The meditation and journaling sessions complement your wellness routine but do not replace professional medical advice, evaluation, or treatment.

No prior meditation or writing experience is required to benefit from these sessions. All you need is a willingness to dive deep inward and remove your mask to reveal your authentic self.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Each session is limited to ten participants, so I recommend making reservations early to secure your spot(s).

  • Participants are required to keep their cameras on at all times. This policy fosters community and connection, ensuring everyone fully engages in the session. It also allows me to monitor your reactions and provide immediate support. Turning off cameras is not permitted.

  • At the end of the session, participants have the chance to ask questions and engage in group interactions and discussions.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the session.

  • To establish a tranquil and undisturbed meditative environment, find a quiet and cozy space where you can fully stretch out on your back. I recommend you have comfortable cushions, a warm blanket, and a journal and pen within easy reach.

  • Please join the meeting at least 10 minutes before we start to ensure a smooth session without disruptions. Note that the meeting will be locked 2 minutes before the scheduled start time, prohibiting further attendees from joining.

Each session costs €15, while the 4-session package costs €45 only!

Refund Policy: Please be advised that I don't offer refunds for canceled sessions. This policy ensures the sustainability of my small-group-size programs.
