In a world where too many are living with the scars of emotional and physical trauma, my 8-week Stress and Trauma Recovery program offers you potent holistic tools to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually in a safe and supportive space.

When we experience traumatic or stressful life events, our minds create stories to help us cope. Unfortunately, most of these stories cast us as victims, leaving us stuck in false narratives and limiting our ability to move on with our lives.

Trauma is an emotional response to an event that can include an immediate response of shock and denial. 

PTSD, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, is an anxiety problem that develops in some people after extremely traumatic events, such as combat, crime, an accident, natural disasters, or personal conflicts such as divorce, breakdown of significant relationships, being fired from a job, bankruptcy, or more.

After the pressure or emergency has passed, the Stress Response is supposed to turn off so your body can rest. But if this fails to occur and your body is constantly in "fight or flight" mode, it can wear down your mind, body, and soul.

 

Chronic unresolved trauma can have a profound impact on your overall health and well-being. If left unaddressed, this low-vibrational state can lead to a lifelong detachment from your true nature, hindering your ability to experience positive qualities such as self-love, self-worth, confidence, life purpose, and a general sense of well-being.

Additionally, this state of despair can lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms like food, sex, and drug binges intended to help numb your feelings of inner pain and turmoil.

If you don't mindfully process, release, and clear out the trapped negative thoughts, emotions, and intrusive memories, your body's energy field can become distorted, leading to longer-term detrimental psychological, emotional, and physical reactions, including flashbacks, changes in relationships or interactions, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, headaches, depression, body weight issues, insomnia and so much more!

My journey of overcoming severe Trauma and PTSS was the driving force behind the creation of my highly effective Stress & Trauma 8-week recovery program.

  • My 8-week Stress and Trauma Recovery program is consciously personalized for anyone seeking healing and recovery from past painful experiences and upheavals.

  • You can participate virtually through real-time Zoom sessions from the comfort of your home or any serene location globally. This flexibility ensures you receive the necessary support regardless of your physical location.

  • In-person sessions are also available in Amsterdam for individuals in the Netherlands, providing an alternative option for engagement.

    PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

    Our meetings will be held every week at the same time for eight consecutive 90-minute sessions. Whether online or in person, you will receive weekly home practices in between sessions to help accelerate your healing journey.

Throughout the 8-week Recovery Program, I will expertly guide you through processing and letting go of past pains, memories, and traumas. I aim to empower you to dissolve the draining energy of victimhood, take control of your life, and break free from the "fight or flight" mode that is weighing you down mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

The 8-week Program costs €975, including 21% BTW (VAT).

I offer you the option to pay the fees in one, two, or three installments. The first installment must be received before your scheduled start date.

*Please be aware that I don't offer refunds. If you cannot attend your booked sessions, you won't receive a refund but can reschedule for another session at no extra cost. Contact me to arrange a new date and time.
