Join Me For A 90-minute Introductory Mindfulness & Writing for Wellness Session.

In this session, I'll guide you to experience the powerful impact of writing on letting go of feelings such as stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. It's a unique opportunity to release whatever is holding you back from reaching your full potential.

During the live-streamed and interactive session via Zoom, I will guide you through a heart-centered meditation. This will be a personal journey, helping you relax and open your heart space, allowing you to tap into your inner healing resources.

Through Expressive writing, also known as emotional writing, you will consciously identify and release any repressed thoughts and emotions, clearing them from your mind and body.

After the session, you can expect to feel relaxed, revitalized, and possibly inspired to join my extended Mindfulness & Writing six-week group program.

This program is designed to build on the healing you experience in the 90-minute session, focusing on deep healing from past trauma and gaining clarity about your life's direction.
