During Energy Healing and Restorative sessions with me, I channel Universal Source Energy through my hands to you in person or remotely. This deeply meditative experience helps to; calm your mind, relax your body, rebalance your Chakras (energy centers), and release stress and clear blockages such as repressed negative thoughts, emotions, trauma, and toxic energetic imprints, and attachments.

I offer these profound restorative sessions live-stream via Zoom or in person in Amsterdam for those in the Netherlands.

As we are energetic beings and energy transcends time and space, rest assured that my remote one-on-one sessions are as impactful as in-person ones, giving you the confidence to embark on your healing and life-transformational journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will begin the session by discussing your feelings and general state of being.

Then, I will invite you to sit or lay down on a comfortable surface, such as a yoga mat with cushions or your bed, or even outdoors in a serene location.

Once settled, I will guide you through a deep meditative journey of imagery and visualization as you immerse yourself in the healing, energetic vibrations I'll be channeling to help clear, realign, and restore your body’s energetic system.

During the session, you may experience sensations such as feeling cold or warm, tingling, vivid colors, visions, and spontaneous body movements that are all normal and safe.

The session will guide you toward tranquility, sweet relief, and a sense of renewed energetic flow.

It will conclude with an opportunity for you to share your experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance for integrating and maximizing the benefits of our session moving forward.

While significant progress can be made in a single session, some individuals may benefit from ongoing work, so I provide discounted session packages. You can choose the option that best meets your personal needs.
