After an immersive personal journey of healing and certified professional experience in therapeutic writing, stress management, mindfulness, and meditation, I founded InnerFlow Works in 2021 with a mission to help individuals, groups, and workplace teams learn effective holistic methods to overcome past pain and trauma, relieve stress and anxiety, and foster the practice of mindfulness to navigate life’s transitions effortlessly.

I aim to assist individuals in building resilience and expanding their awareness, so they can move past mental, emotional, and physical wounds and learn how to experience joy, peace, balance, and purpose in their lives.
